It is a small piece of paperwork with an outsized human consequence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>02 | A Common Language on Board<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A ship can carry the best safety equipment on the market and still fail at the most basic level if crew cannot understand an order.
