Filipino Crew PEME Package — What’s New
A widely used Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) scheme for Filipino seafarers has been updated with revised examination items, effective 20 February 2026. The update is designed to strengthen the early detection of pre-existing conditions, helping to reduce onboard crew illness claims. The fee remains unchanged at USD 100.00 and all 11 accredited clinics across Manila, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao continue to operate.
